What is the product return process at dspace.shop?
If the product is not to the buyer’s satisfaction, it can be returned at the moment of receipt by signing the dspace.shop refund ship form. Call customer care at 0752777773/ 0777760031 or send an email email@example.com
Conditions for the returned product include:
- The product should be packed in its original package.
- Include all tags accompanied with the product.
- The product shouldn’t be tampered with, for example if it’s a mobile phone, password should be removed.
Please note that all refunds are availed within seven (7) working days after the day of request.
What is the product delivery timeline?
Products will be delivered depending on the type of the product, distance (how long is the distance to where the product is to be delivered). However this should be between 1 day -7 days of delivery and in case of any delay, customer is notified.

We have four different payment options and our customers should be able to choose one that is most convenient.

- Payment via MTN Mobile Money
- Payment via Airtel Money.
- Credit/Debit card
Please note that all payments should be done in Ugandan shillings.
How do I monitor my order status?
As soon as your order is confirmed, dspace.shop sends a confirmation email with order details (Order ID, total amount, name and quantity of the product)
You can also monitor your order through entering the order ID number and the billing details by clicking on track order on top of dspace.shop website.

Yes we do however, your orders may get delivered on Monday or the next working day.
