If the product is not to the buyer’s satisfaction, it can be returned at the moment of receipt by signing the dspace.shop refund ship form. Call customer care at 0752777773/ 0777760031 or send an email firstname.lastname@example.org
Conditions for the returned product include:
- The product should be packed in its original package.
- Include all tags accompanied with the product.
- The product shouldn’t be tampered with, for example if it’s a mobile phone, password should be removed.
Please note that all refunds are availed within seven (7) working days after the day of request.
You can visit www.dspace.shop and check all different products which are featured on the website. This should done by clicking on the major categories which are displayed on the top left corner of the website or using the search bar. However if you don’t get the expected product, you can find related products of the same use or email us email@example.com for any special order.
We have four different payment options and our customers should be able to choose one that is most convenient.

Please note that all payments should be done in Ugandan shillings.
